Due to extenuating circumstances, school has been canceled for Friday, December 4.  The JV and varsity girls basketball games against Glen Lake will still go on as scheduled. Football Awards Announced

The Northern Michigan Football League has announced it’s All-Conference team for the Leaders Division, and a number of Blazer football standouts made the list. Offense – 1st Team Joe Miller – Offensive Line Jake Shier – Wide Receiver Offense – Honorable Mention Nolan Mitchell – Running Back Hunter Sudyam – Quarterback Defense – 1st Team

Koon, McDowell Earn Soccer Honors

Kalkaska Blazer soccer standouts Taylor Koon (Sr.) and Kyle McDowell (So.) earned Lake Michigan Conference honors after a successful season for the Blazers.  Koon was named 1st Team All-Conference, and McDowell earned Honorable Mention.  Both Koon and McDowell were named to the All District team by the Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association.
